All the intros present on the website are availalble for creation at the moment.

If the intro you're looking for is not on the website, this intro is not availalble at the moment.

We do not create custom videos or videos at personal requests.

You can create your IVIPID videos using ready-made themes that are present on the website. 

If you're a Paid user you can download your videos in MP4 and FLV format. Go to My Videos page, click the video you want to download then click"Download Video" button on the right.

If you need other formats we can only suggest using video conversion software such as MPEG Streamclip.

Free users don't have ability to download videos.

When you register on the website you become a Free user. Once you purchased at least one Creation Points package you become a Paid user.

Both Paid and Free users can create and share videos through Facebook, Youtube, Twitter or dozens of other social media unless specifically indicated in the news.

Free users can make 1 video per day for free, and it will be the lowest resolution and will come with our branding on top of it as well as you won't be able to download it. If you made free video today, you can't make another one untill 24 hours later, or unless you become a Paid user.

Paid users create (using Creation Points) as much videos per day as they want and in any resolution available. Paid videos come without watermarks or branding of any sort. Paid users also get to download their videos in MP4 or FLV format. Also, when the website is under heavy load and too many people start to create videos, Paid users have priority over Free users in the video creation queue.

When you finish your registration, you get a letter automatically sent to you by the system.

Please, do not respond to that letter.

At this point you just need to go straight to the IVIPID website (or click the link in the activation letter) and log in.

That's it! Now you're a member of IVIPID!

Creation Points are used on the website as a virtual currency. You can use it to create videos or upgrade already created videos to higher quality (resolution).

Creation points are sold in packages of 200, 600, 1000, 3000 and 10000 points. You can see pricing and details at Packages & Pricing page.

At the moment we only receive PayPal payments (https://www.paypal.com/).

Several more methods of payment will be launched soon including payment by Bitcoins.

Please note that if you pay with Paypal eCheck, we don't receive money until 3-5 days later. Paypal usually sends you receipt with more accurate estimate of your eCheck's processing times. In any case, you can always contact us at [email protected] to get the current status of your payment.

If you encounter a problem regarding IVIPID service, you can get help by writing an email on [email protected] In order to get help faster, you need to indicate your ID (you can find it in your profile) and your registered within the website email and/or your username.

If the creation process is frozen at some point, don't panic and wait for several minutes.

Sometimes many people create videos at the same time (we call it heavy traffic time) and you need to be patient while waiting for your result.
