  • Free and Paid members: what's the difference?

    When you register on the website you become Free user. Once you purchased at least one Creation Points package you become Paid user.

    Both Paid and Free users can create and share video through Facebook, Youtube, Twitter or dozens of other social media.

    Free users can make 1 video per day for free, and it will be lowest resolution and will come with our branding on top of it, and you won't be able to download it. If you made free video today, you can't make another one untill 24 hours later, or unless you become a Paid user.

    Paid users create (using Creation Points) as much videos per day they want and in any resolution available. Paid videos come without watermarks or branding of any sort. Paid users also get to download their videos in MP4 or FLV format. Also, when the site is under heavy load and too many people start to create videos, Paid users have priority over Free users in the video creation queue.

  • What are Creation Points?

    Creation Points used on the website as a virtual currency. You can use it to create videos or upgrade already created videos to higher quality (resolution).

    Creation points are sold in packages of 200, 600, 1000, 3000 and 10000 points. You can see pricing and details at Packages & Pricing page.

  • How can I download video and what formats do you offer?

    If you're Paid users you can download your videos in MP4 and FLV format. Go to My Videos page, click the video you want to download, then click "Download Video" button on the right.

    If you need other formats we can only suggest using video conversion software, such as MPEG Streamclip.

    Free user don't have ability to download videos.

  • I purchased Creation Points package, but my balance still hasn't been credited. Where's my money?
    Please note that if you pay with Paypal eCheck, we don't receive money until 3-5 days later. Paypal usually sends you receipt with more accurate estimate of your eCheck's processing times. In any case, you can always contact us at support@ivipid.com to get the current status of your payment.
